Gorditas offers fresh food inspired by the culinary traditions of our Mexican, Guatemalan and Salvadoran parents and grandparents. Our delicious snacks will fill your soul. 

We are named after our famous gorditas - which are a little different than most! - consisting of a fried thick corn patty topped with a protein, diced onion, cilantro and salsa. The recipe was invented by the owner’s grandmother who ran several successful food trailers in Bradenton, Florida back in the late 90s and early 2000s. 

Through our food trailer, we hope to share some of the best dishes that colored and nourished our upbringings while creating memories in community.
